I.           Foosball Australia endorses a top down points race system that is weighted depending on the status of the event.

    II.           Points gained are cumulative so long as your membership with Foosball Australia is valid.

  III.           There is no differentiation between juniors, seniors, male, female – equal points for all classes.

   IV.           A minimum of 4 players is required in a single tournament event for scores to be recorded for ranking purposes.

     V.           Points will be allocated according to the following matrix:

 Tournament definitions used above are:

a.      National tournament sanctioned by Foosball Australia e.g. Australian Nationals

b.     State tournament sanctioned by Foosball Australia e.g. Victorian Open run by Foosball Victoria, or an interstate competition

c.      Club championship sanctioned by State Chapter e.g. Fraternity Club Christmas Open (for any member of NSW to enter)

d.     Local tournament sanctioned by affiliated club e.g. Domain Tennis Centre November competition (for Domain Club members)

e.      Open DYP tournaments e.g. St Kilda Tuesday night competitions

    II.           Entry into any sanctioned tournament (a,b,c) is only permitted for financial members affiliated with Foosball Australia.  Associated fees are normally incorporated into tournament registration.
